“I say to you, dear young people: Do not be afraid of Christ!
He takes nothing away, and He gives you everything.
When we give ourselves to Him we receive a hundredfold in return.
Yes, open, open wide the doors to Christ, and you will find true life.”
Pope Benedict XVI

Mission:
St. Joseph Youth Ministry seeks to provide an environment where young people have the opportunity to take ownership of their faith, by giving them the experience that being Catholic is more than a once a week obligation but is rather a way of life that is life giving and fun!
Description:
Teens are invited to attend weekly youth nights that bring to life the Catholic faith, relevant issues facing young people today and opportunities to openly share and experience what it means to be a Catholic in today's culture. These youth nights are catechetical in nature and provide a comprehensive array of topics. Teens are encouraged to play an active role in these nights through small and large group discussions, question and answer periods, skits, debates and other creative methods that will periodically be used.

Youth Ministry at St. Joseph Parish will also include service projects, Steubenville Retreats, bon Fires, hiking trips and other engaging activities.
