Baseball Requirements:

• Registered members of St. Joseph Parish or School
• Boys entering grades 5 th through 8 th in the fall 2007
• $90 registration fee per child
• $50 uniform deposit, refunded upon return of complete uniform

Lacrosse Requirements:

• Registered members of St. Joseph Parish or School or members of PJPII (Regional) School or its affiliated Parishes; St. Elizabeth or Ss. Philip and James
• Boys and Girls entering grades 5 th though 8 th in the fall 2007
• $95 registration fee per child
• $50 uniform deposit, refunded upon return of complete uniform

Softball Requirements:

• Registered members of St. Joseph Parish or School
• Girls entering grades 5 th through 8 th in the fall 2007
• $85 registration fee per child
• $50 uniform deposit, refunded upon return of complete uniform

Track & Field Requirements:

• Registered members of St. Joseph Parish or School
• Boys and Girls entering grades 4 th through 8 th in the fall 2007
• $50 registration fee per child
• $50 uniform deposit, refunded upon return of complete uniform

REGISTRATIONS AFTER FEBRUARY 15TH are subject to a $25 Late Fee

UNIFORM DEPOSITS will be collected at a later date.
